NEW OPERATING STANDARDS:
CHECKING IN: We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. When you arrive please check in and someone will take your temperature and confirm you have filled out the Health Screening Questionnaire.
FEELING ILL: Upon arrival we reserve the right to take your temperature before entering the salon. If you are experiencing any symptoms such as a fever, cough or sore throat etc, we are happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you’re feeling well.
FACE MASKS: Face masks are required for all staff and clients. All masks must be fitted around the ears as they must be worn during all services. No bandannas or cloth coverings tied behind the head will be allowed. If you have forgotten your mask, we will have limited masks available for purchase. Supply is not guaranteed.
HAND SANITIZER: Hand sanitizer will be available at every station, in the restroom and at the reception desk. We ask that you use the sanitizer upon entry to the building.
CLEANING AND SANITIZING: All of our stylists have received training in proper sanitation and disinfection practices and procedures. Your stylist is required to sanitize and disinfect all work stations and tools between appointments per state and local guidelines. Please be patient as they take the time to thoroughly clean.
LIMITED GUESTS: Only the client receiving a service is permitted in the salon. Individuals without appointments (especially children) are not allowed in the salon unless they have a service scheduled with another stylist.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: For the foreseeable future, we will not be offering beverages, snacks or reading material.
PERSONAL ITEMS: Please limit the items you carry into the salon to your wallet, phone and keys.
RETAIL: Retail will still be available for sale, but please do not touch. Your stylist, or one of our receptionists can assist you.
TRANSACTIONS: Our POS terminal /touch pad is disinfected frequently, but if you prefer, you may read your card information so that your stylist or the receptionist can manually enter your payment for you.
PRICING: Due to high product demand, prices may slightly increase.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: It goes without saying that we have missed you! But for the time being we cannot hug or shake hands. Please know that we are overjoyed to have you back!
We know these are unusual times but they are temporary. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while we work to be both accommodating and conscientious of you and our team.

STYLIST LOCATIONS: We have acquired and additional 3200 square feet of additional space in order to exceed social distancing standards. If your stylist is working in our temporary space, please follow Fila Way past the first parking lot entrance to the next entrance which will take you to the back of the building. Our suite number is 205 directly above Dover Saddlery:
